TBSE will be held November 13,14 and 15, 2008.
TBSE is being held at the Las Vegas Hilton located at 3000 Paradise Rd. in Las Vegas, NV. If you have not reserved your hotel room at the Las Vegas Hilton yet, we recommend you don’t wait any longer. Call Las Vegas Hilton Reservations at
1-888-732-7117 and mention TBSE.
TBSE is being held in the Las Vegas Hilton Convention Center. The convention center is inside of the hotel, but don’t expect to make it to the center from your hotel room in 5 minutes! We HIGHLY recommend trying to locate the room ahead of time and planning accordingly.
Do you have early registration once we get to TBSE?
Keep in mind that we are expecting a record breaking TBSE crowd this year! It is recommended that you take advantage of early registration Wednesday, November 12 between 3:00 – 10:00 p.m.

TBSE will begin promptly at 9 a.m. each day. The beginning of our seminar is like nothing you have ever seen before. It is strongly recommended that you arrive early to get your seat!
Who will be the speakers at TBSE?

How many Continuing Education Credits will I receive at TBSE?
We offer 20 AGD approved Continuing Education Credits at TBSE. We are currently working on the exact breakdown for TBSE 2008, but typically about 10 credits are technical and 10 are non-technical. We will send you a TBSE Certificate of Achievement following TBSE that you can use to submit for your CE.
Can I get a deal on airline reservations?
To receive up to 10% off prevailing airfare rates we recommend calling Fare Deals at 1-800-347-7006. They have helped TBSE attendees get great rates on airfare for many years. When you give them a call just mention you will be attending TBSE and they will take it from there!
What is the TBSE cancellation policy?
You have until July 1, 2008 to receive a refund for canceling a registered attendee. If a cancellation occurs after July 1, The Madow Group will be more than happy to apply the tuition to a future TBSE.
What if I’ve had a staff change or I need to add a staff member to my registration?
If you need to replace a registered attendee with someone else from your office, please give us a call at 1-888-88-MADOW anytime. We can make the change very easily.
You can also add an attendee at any time…if we still have seats available! TBSE sells out every year so if there is someone you want to add, call us immediately!
What do I do if you have misspelled my name?
If any of your personal information is incorrect on correspondence that you receive from us, please notify us immediately. This ensures that your information, including your name badge at the event, and C.E. certificates that are mailed to you afterward will be correct.
The temperature in the Las Vegas Hilton Convention Center can vary tremendously, and is oftentimes difficult to control. For maximum comfort, we recommend wearing layered clothing. The atmosphere at TBSE is casual. Ties and jackets are certainly not required or expected. Women should choose casual, comfortable clothing.
Do I need to take notes at TBSE?
While you are certainly not discouraged from bringing your note pad and pen, we think you will find that you would much rather just sit back, relax and enjoy the show! TBSE is very interactive and entertaining. You definitely will learn a lot, but will NOT feel like you are sitting in a dental classroom. Dental rock concert? Maybe!
