    << Meet Drs. Richard and David Madow

     

    It is our goal to make sure that we are the easiest place with which you do business! We don’t believe in having an automated answering or voice-mail system that passes callers around in an endless loop. In fact, everyone at The Madow Group is cross-trained to be able to help you with anything we do!

    To let you know who will be on the other end of the phone with you, we’d like to introduce our team:

     

    General Manager:
    Richard Train

     

    Richard manages the day to day operations of our office, monitors all the departments, their promotions, marketing items and company services. Richard is always happy to talk with our customers and see to it that they are well taken care of. He's ALL business and is glad to help you with yours!
    Office Manager:
    Harriet Siebert

     

    Harriet manages our office operations and is also a senior customer service expert for The Madow Group. She is the main contact for members of our Madow Brothers Audio Series and can answer any questions they might have. But the truth is that Harriet knows as much about The Madow Group as we do, so she is an excellent person to talk with when you call us for ANY reason. If Harriet doesn't know about it, then we don't do it!
    Senior Sales Manager:
    Hogan Allen

     

    Hogan brings years of management, marketing and finance experience to the company, including many of them as the owner of his own business. He travels to several of our seminars and is always on call to help our customers realize their business goals. Hogan can help with Promail, seminar, Love Dentistry Audio Series and many other questions and is a knowledgeable and friendly voice on the phone.

    Administrative Assistant:
    Elizabeth Guido

     

    Liz manages a tremendous amount of the day to day detail work that is so necessary in any business. She is our very own shipping and receiving guru, liaison with printers, data entry wiz and has many other skills we couldn't do without. Liz is extremely customer service oriented and can easily handle any questions or needs from our customers!

    Office Assistant:

    Dolores Matthews

     

    Dolores (Dee) has been a fixture at The Madow Group for over 10 years and has helped in a variety of roles. She is always willing to lend a hand to ensure our customers get what they need on time and complete. Sometimes when the phones are ringing off the hook, Dee's one of the quickest to jump in and take care of things!

    Production Team:

     

    Our wonderful production team handles everything from organization, to stuffing and mailing. We've got one of the most efficient teams, and these ladies are happy to be working at our headquarters!
